Brain Storming
Users may have difficulty accessing accurate and reliable information about mental health. Sources filled with misinformation or lacking information can hinder users from making informed decisions.
Problem 1:
Accessing Information

Problem 2:
Communication Difficulties
Users may struggle to express their emotions or mental health conditions accurately. This situation can create difficulties in understanding users' needs and providing appropriate support.

These are the initial sketches on paper of some of the images I envisioned in my mind during the brainstorming session. These sketches are the foundation for my more detailed hand-sketched prototypes, which will be the next step.

Usability Test Plan

Purpose and Scope:
The purpose of this user test is to evaluate the user-friendly interface and functionality of the mental health mobile application we are developing.

Metrics:
-
User Satisfaction: User satisfaction can be measured through surveys or feedback forms to evaluate how users perceive the application. Metrics for user satisfaction can include users' level of satisfaction with the application, frequency of use, and feedback.
-
Success Rate: The success rate measures the percentage of users who successfully complete specific tasks while using the application. Tasks such as completing meditation exercises offered in the application or accessing support services can be evaluated.
-
Usability: The usability of the application can be assessed through feedback from users and usage statistics. It examines how easily users can navigate the application and whether they encounter unnecessary difficulties.
-
Accessibility: The accessibility of the application for users with disabilities can be measured. Features such as compatibility with screen readers, color contrast, and text size settings can be evaluated for accessibility.
-
Performance: The performance of the application can be measured by response time, loading speed, and overall performance. Performance metrics are monitored to ensure that users can use the application quickly and smoothly
The results of this test will help us determine how well the application meets the needs of users and how we can improve the user experience.
Additionally, this will assist the business in identifying areas for investment and allocating resources to the application development process.

Visual Guideline
In the Mood Board below, you can see the logo design I created for Mind Mate and the illustration choices I aimed to give users a positive energy while navigating the app.
Typeface
Poppins is an ideal choice for body text due to its wide range of characters and clean structure, which gives a sebse of reliability. It is also highly readable and has a modern appearance. Additionally, I believe that this font will emphasize my brand's values of tranquility and modernity, as it creates a soothing atmosphere.

One of the distinguishing features of our application is the integration of artificial intelligence bots with therapists. These bots enhance the user experience by providing accessible support 24/7, suggesting coping techniques for stress, and offering emotional support. In this way, our users can always receive assistance when needed, making our application more effective.
We understand users' concerns about security and privacy, and therefore, we prioritize the protection of user data. All communications with artificial intelligence bots are encrypted and kept confidential, ensuring the privacy of our users is always maintained.
User research, user profiles, and prototyping are fundamental steps in our design process. However, in addition to these methodologies, we have strengthened our design process further by leveraging feedback and continuously improving the user experience.
Final Touch: AI Technology

User-Centric Solutions
1. Identity Privacy & Security:
Users can maintain their privacy by using nicknames, enabling them to comfortably engage in discussions in a secure environment. With the ability to turn off the camera during online therapy sessions, user privacy and comfort are prioritized.
Our application ensures secure user data through the implementation of two-factor authentication.
2. Access to Accurate
Information and Resources:
Users can access appropriate resources and information to achieve their psychological health goals, empowering them to enhance their well-being.
3. Rich Content:
Enriched with Al technology, meditation videos, readings, podcasts, and music, users experience an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.
